Take a ride with me on an old New York City subway line. before it’s gone forever and replaced with something shiny and new! Without a hint of color or a glimpse of character. Seen through the warped, distorted lens of my mind’s eye, shaped and sometimes skewed by the content I consumed growing up, this piece pays homage to an older New York that’s now barely recognizable - an invitation to step back in time and revisit the city’s grit, charm, and ever-changing identity.
